Wyckoff is situated in Northwest Bergen County, midway between Saddle River and the Ramapo Valley, is conveniently located in close proximity to many major roadways and offers public transportation by bus or train to New York City and beyond. Students in Kindergarten through eighth grade attend the Public Schools. There are 5 public schools in Wyckoff: Coolidge, Eisenhower, Lincoln, Sicomac, and Washington. The Eisenhower Middle School was designated as a Start School in 1999, and was recognized by the Blue Ribbon Schools Program in 2003. Calvin Coolidge School originally opened in 1932 as a six-room K-6 school and has been expanded many times over the years. High school students attend either Indian Hills High School in Oakland or Ramapo High School in Franklin Lakes, both of which are part of the Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District that serves students from Franklin Lakes, Oakland and Wyckoff.
